Removal of Goerli Networks

In response to the Ethereum Foundation discontinuing support for the Goerli testnet, the Bifrost Bridge protocol officially ceases support for Ethereum, Base, and Arbitrum Goerli testnet chains in the latest v2.5 release. Please refer to the Bridge API Overview page for comprehensive details on these changes.
